Try this offline version instead http://www9.limewire.com/download/LimeWireWin-full.exe

If you still have a previous version of LW installed on your computer, go to Start menu -> All Programs -> LimeWire -> Uninstall. Then use this utility Microsoft Windows Install Clean Up to clean up the registry. Then install the version of LW above.
