 It got worse... I tried what the link said and removed the Java runtimes and reinstalled them from the Sun site. Now it only connects for about 10 seconds before hard rebooting me. I *did* try an experiment and found that if I boot in Safe Mode I can run Limewire Pro 3.8.7 without this glitch. Any of you think that it may be a device driver on my system causing it? If there is a Limewire developer tuned into this thread please chime in if there are any issues along these lines that I might want to troubleshoot. This has become quite frustrating!  |
