HELP!!! I can't get the options to open!!!
I have been trying for about 15 minutes now, to get the options open. And I have had no luck. I press the options button under tools and all it does is opens for a millisecond and dissapears. WTF?! Every time this is what happens. Is there something I am doing wrong? I have tried this over, and over, on the older versions too, but it won't open so I can change things.
