Problems with Firewall

Hi,please can anyboby help! This is my 2nd time paying & downloading LimeWire.When I open it up its fine but in the left hand corner I have Fire wall up so nothing happens.(meaning 1 green bar) I have followed the instructions by FAQ,but still the same.I have AVG 2008 free version if this helps.Can anyone help,I would be very grateful.Thanks
