 This is very good news ! When it is completed and all is OK, then it would be a very good idea to go to HispaMP3 and update the info for Phex to inform people that it is now ¡ disponible en español !  When I did that with Shareaza (the original one, about 287 years ago !) the Spanish language user base increased enormously. btw... The version of Phex as listed at HispaMP3 is way out of date ! It's 2.08 or something !
