Next step is cancelling thru your credit card by speaking directly with the fraud & scams dept of your credit card co.

Ok, thanks will tra to cancel via the site and will stick to LW BASIC for now. What can I do to improve the speed though - this is driving me nuts!
The server indicates upstram 124 Kbps downstream 512, but the LW screen is showing 11 Kbs tops, most of the time it's actually between 6 & 8!!! so it's taking forever!!! Plus, I have a brick wall - what can I do about it?
