wont open installer PLEASE HELP - URGENT

i got so far as to be able to click on the install limewire button and i double click on that and the screen freezes for a moment and then nothing it just stays like it is and nothing opens or anything. what do i do?/???? please help.
i am using a wifi connection on a Macbook version tiger 10.4.9
any help would very appreciated.

Try this CVS version instead LimeWire cvs builds (4.13.4jum490) which is a type of beta. No installation necessary, just drag & drop the program to wherever such as the applications folder.

BTW sorry for the late response.

yeah i tried that. it downloaded right. but finding song on it is hit and miss. sometimes it will find a song and sometimes it wont. do you have any tips. or very detailed installing instructions?

Is it still freezing on you? The question is whether the same problem is happening.
