My old edition of limewire failed a few days ago. (about the time that the new Java release came out for Leopard.) I purchase the latest edition and after the install the icon bounces once and disappears from the dock. It never opens. I have thrown away the new version and reloaded it. It is a macbook with maxed out memory and 500 gig drive.
