Interesting. Im not from any of those locations so the closest one to me speed says: 5351kpbs uploads 350kpbs. Hmm, thats about right I guess. But thats not my Limewire speed however.

So you should be getting about 700KB/s Down and 44KB/s up what do you get on BS/L

I just got PRO and I think the speeds have increased alot. I get alot better search results+ download speed has increased a little as well and I have never been downloading 1 file from 9 hosts at the same time before.

It must have been tinkered with I think cause everyone is reporting problems but me :D

Actually relatively very few people have problems with it.

Yep, but in Bearshare Only. NOT in Limewire I cant get anywhere near that speed in LW. and to answer your question sleepless, speed depends on location, where you live, and your ISP & bandwidth, it can flux. Personally, I think comcast sucks for speed but, thats my opinion. ;)
