Hi pal, i finally got my money back(not all of it). I sent a very powerful email to them. I was sooo angry with them,i had to ask them to cancel it 3 times over 3 days,they only give you 7 days to cancel and charge you for cancelling. I got limewire and it all seems ok so far. Gail.x
