The fact is, that the new Limewire5 is a load of crap, upgraded for no good reason and is worse than the previous version. I don't know whether you mistake us for LW employees/developers or whether you just needed to have a good bleat.
The forum offers support to people who're using LW 4 & LW 5. How would it be if we said "Nope, sorry, I don't like that version so I'm not going to give you any advice about that... tough luck... try another one"? It'd be great, wouldn't it?
Get over it. Some people like LW 5, some people hate LW 5. It causes hellish problems for some people & no problems at all for others. Nevertheless - we offer advice if people want to use LW 5. And we offer alternatives if they don't (read my post & you'll see that I had already told varady1 how to revert to an older LW in another thread). Quote:
