Re: it's cool to register in forums like this

nobody hold you back from registering and become an a-rated member, but unregistered users are not treated good. tell me is this good.

It's not good or bad, I guess. I just don't see the harm in registering if that's what the people who maintain and regularly contribute to the site would like. It's a courtesy, I think, and easily achieved. It takes two minutes.
Cheers.

Imagine you visit 5 pages regularly = 2 minutes registration, 10 minutes waiting for email with password, 1 minute login and cookie maintaining = 13 +* 5 min wasted time of extra work.
Then every few months you find and change websites. you'll never know what one of ten webmasters is doing with your mail address... and it's just a waste of time. registration is great feature, but if it's a must have it's a big banner in the wind "guests are not welcome".

No one here got to put in their two cents.
Reminds me of how polititions in "power" are out of touch with us "peons" us stupid lower class people and make these big decisions without asking us what we all think.
The fact that any of you are surprised about this reaction show how out of touch most of the mods are.
Slashdot rates posts, so you can pick what level you want to see. That won't work here, but letting the group decide on anon posts would keep the mods happy.

Yes we could make a poll but would it help? Only unregistered people can vote, what do you think the most people will vote for?

About your political thing here, you need documents and have to be registered to vote...

SO now for the last time TELL ME where is the problem in registering? Will you momy beat you? ;)

Its not true, we explanied our actions and I think am not going to respond to such accusations in future...

Btw, you need 13 minutes to register... how much time you spend now to complain about this registering problem - sure more than 13 minutes... yes waste your time on the right place...

multiply with unregistured guests, then you see the amount of time saved.
accusations, hello? I think you mods should cool down and do not see an attack or conspiracy behind every second edge.

And NOW count the time WE save... we support this forums here for hours not just a few minutes...

I donīt think you attacked us but you should state arguement and no phrases.

i dont understand a word. I think I stepped here into a argue by accident. I still think you should treat unregistered better, right now I feel not like becoming some of you (a registered user).
