| As far as I am aware, music, film or any other files do not ask you to fill in a survey. In fact, no one else in this forum has complained of or come across this before. I can only presume that your PC has been infected with with some sort of spyware. Therefore, I would suggest that you run Spybot (or some other anti-spyware app) to check and clean your HD.
