 1. I would suggest using your Add/Remove Control panel to remove Java & then re-install using the "Offline" java installer; Java 1.5 (take the JRE) 2. Get the "Offline" LW installer from here: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/download.shtml * Use this utility before re-installing LW: http://www.ccleaner.com/ Did you attempt to use the Add/Remove Programs Control panel to remove LW?
