Okay...I un installed LimeWire but for some reason it keeps trying to come up along with this error message...
LimeWire version 4.16.6 Java version 1.6.0_01 from Sun Microsystems Inc. Windows Vista v. 6.0 on x86 Free/total memory: 31372320/33357824 com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.GUILoader$StartupFailed Exception: .\lib\hashes (The system cannot find the file specified) at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.GUILoader.sanityCheck(G UILoader.java:286) at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.GUILoader.load(GUILoade r.java:57) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Nativ e Method) at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Unknow n Source) at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Un known Source) at java.lang.reflect.Method.invoke(Unknown Source) at com.limegroup.gnutella.gui.Main.main(Main.java:44) STARTUP ERROR! What does this mean?...And what am I supposed to do?...Its starting to get kind-of annoying... Thank you... |

How did you uninstall LW. If by Add/Remove programs, that may be some of the problem
Might be a Java Issue Remove All Java versions installed (via Add/Remove Programs) before you install the latest Version. (Download the JRE Offline Installer) Java SE Downloads Fourth one Down. Hope this helps. |

Yep...I uninstalled it through Add/Remove programs...Reinstalled it...And it still popped up...So I uninstalled again and it still pops up evey few seconds...What can I do?...

The Correct way to uninstall LW is with the Uninstaller. Start > All Programs > Limewire > Uninstall.
Try Going to Start > Search > All Files/Folders. Now type in limewire and click Search. When finished, Delete Everything that it finds. This is for OS XP. Vista should be similar, I hope |

Well...
Even after that...Like 30 seconds later the files are back again... Makes no sense to me... And the pop-up is still coming up... Yay... |

Sorry d00d, I've never heard of anyone say they could'nt download BFU. I'm out of suggestions. Maybe someone else will have some suggestions.
