Pse cfm that XP firewall is disabled. Make sure UPnP is enabled on your modem/router.
Also have you tried changing yr java script from the latest download to an older version (
JRE 5.0 Update 14) -
use the add/remove program -- remove the version you have installed before you download/install the JRE 5.0 Update 14 - if this don't work pse read the sticky threads at the top of page 1 (If LW will not connect) and (connection problems) - if after working yr way through these fixes yr problem remains pse let us know via here
