I then deleted that and went back to the 4.16 version and still can't fully connect (thus i can't download anything). I checked firewall, and my Trend Micro is set (as it always was) to allow this program. I've had this problem from time to time before, but usually within a few days it corrects itself, or with re-downloading the program. Please give me any and all suggestions.
