ensure that you do have the virus
winupdates.exe "ALIAS" W32/Alcra-B before you use the possible fixes I passed to " jaeyun51 " -- your antivirus program will tell you the virus you do have -- that's if it's picked it up at all -- otherwise pse follow the suggestions that "Remoc" has made.
