 Vinnie, if you have noticed its not the trademarked BearShare logo. For one it says BearShit....Anti-BearShit. My post is not a rambling apon rambling "flame" as you may assume. The post is my expressed thoughts about BearShare. Just as Vinnie has thoughts about my fan site. We can agree to disagree. Infringement only occurs when its an unauthorized duplicate of the original as mine is different to the original. BearShare, The Power To Share, BearShare.Net, FreePeers, FreePeers Agent, and Defender are trademarks of Free Peers, Inc., Copyright © 2001, all rights reserved worldwide, and may not be used without permission. If you're speaking of the (term, word, phrase, etc) BearShare as being the "trademarked logo". You must also remember this is the "BearShare" forum. Anyways do you like my site Vinnie? :]  |
