 Limewire Won't Launch & No Cust. Support? I am running Windows XP SP2. I have the Java 1.6, newly downloaded. I recently purchased LimeWire Pro, version 4.12.11. I installed it and it installed perfectly fine. When I try to launch, the LimeWire window opens on the center of the screen for a second or two, then disappears. Nothing opens. Nothing happens. LimeWire never opens. I've emailed customer support 5 times, beginning about a month or two ago, and have not received a response to this date. Can anyone help? If not, can anyone tell me who to call or how I can find out about a refund, because the customer support people at LimeWire will not offer assistance. I feel like I've been had. Thanks.
