I haven't been able to connect for a month!!! HELP

I have neot been able to get more than 1 bar of connection for over a month. I am using the 4.16.6 version. I have deleted it, DL the 4.13 version, but that didn't help. I then deleted that and went back to the 4.16 version and still can't fully connect (thus i can't download anything). I checked firewall, and my Trend Micro is set (as it always was) to allow this program. I've had this problem from time to time before, but usually within a few days it corrects itself, or with re-downloading the program. Please give me any and all suggestions.

try this link out (finally connected) if that doesnt work try Limewire LInks (below) click on (If LW will not connect) and try these fixes - if still no good pse click on (system details) fill in as much as you can and post here
