 If you are sure that you paid the right people for LW Pro, then the link GrandPa gave above should recognize the email address you used and get you either your download page or pro support. If you somehow ended up with a hacked copy of LW Pro, that changed the address (first I heard of that), then the Pro lookup page won't recognize the email address and just default to the regular download page. Sorry You can search these forums for "mformel" She's the LW business person who shows up once in a while, and maybe she can help. I hope you took a careful look at the scam thread I linked above. It's a good warning to everybody about some of the trick the scammers use.  |
