Screen Resolution

I could be wrong but I am guessing that your screen resolution is not high enough.

Before doing any reinstalling or uninstalling just try setting your video resolution settings to a higher resolution, something like 1024 x 768 or higher, if that does not work then no harm done just reset to your previous settings.
