LimewireLLC will appear as the vendor, on your CC statement. LW Pro costs $21.95 (~ £14) for 6 months worth of email support & updates, $34.95 (~ £22) for a year's worth. Basic LW is free.

If you bought Pro from somewhere else - apart from paying too much, you'll find that you won't be able to download any updates from the official site... your email address won't be in their database.

Tell your daughter to contact her bank/CC company & report this... they might be able to stop payment & will tell her if she should cancel her card. There's more info in the links below.
