Gnutella Forums - For those who can't connect

Read the sticky threads at the top of page 1 (If LW will not connect) (connection problems) and work yr way through these fixes -- 95 % of the known problems/fixes are in here the other 5% are to do with yr firewall/router settings hence we need to know yr system details

HELP I keep getting "Application not responding"

I had to reinstall my operating system on my comp. ( MAC os x 10.4.11) and when I was done I tryd to install limewire and now it says "Application not responding) pleeeeeeeeeese help me.

I don't know, maybe it has something to do with the Trend Micro PC-cillin Inrternet Security 14 that came pre-installed on my computer.

note: the preference folder in vista is found here:-
C:\Users\your username\AppData\Roaming\LimeWire
if still having problems try this link (major vista topics) if problem persists pse post yr computer system details here

I have also re-installed the Gnutella file and still no joy.
