I'm curious to see your first request for assistance. Purely out of curiosity.

Normally when you are nearing the end of your Pro support, they will send an email, I think at beginning of last month, then each week or something. Also on your Pro download page over the last month it will state your support is nearing an end.

You will have received an email reply with a link to your new download page for Pro.

* Remember to Bookmark your new Pro download page. Then check it periodically. Also if you see any update warnings whilst using LW, never click the update option else you will end up with LW Basic. Only get updates from your Pro download page.
